Britt has been practicing law since 1998.Her practice has included a wide variety of trial and appellate work in both federal and state courts. She has worked exclusively as a defense attorney, representing the accused in criminal cases but also representing individuals in licensing matters and immigration proceedings.

Britt has earned an excellent reputation for her trial and appellate work in both Colorado and more recently, in Michigan. She has handled hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases, as well as cases before various administrative agencies.
